With few exceptions our products are produced, manufactured or refined in Russia, Ukraine or other members of the CIS.

We are the representatives of trading companies that has agreements and quotas from more than one hundred producers, manufacturers or refineries.

We are also represantative of a few choosen direct producers.
The activities has been perfromed since 1990.

We arrange quantities according to your requirements. Our major concern is that the buyer has to be real and will be able to follow our simple procedures.

We and our suppliers are not banks. Would you require financing on your supplies, please ask your bank.

On the goods shown on this site we do not normally need a LOI to give you a indicative price.

Upon your acceptance of our price indication, we must have your LOI and BCL to secure the goods and a price.

Normally our products supply ex-works. Our work is to secure your delivery and bring the commodity to its destination. It could be FOB or CIF a specific destination.

Proof of Product will be given as a statement from the manufacturer or a warehouse certificate from the producer.
This will be given after contract is signed but before L/C is openend.

We give only 2% PB.

We do not allow any change in the procedure. It is straightforward, and safe.

Our major concern is that you have the financial strength to comply with the contract.

Our prices are net.

Any commission has to be agreed in advance.
We regard commissions as an increase of salesprice.
For commmodities due to overdemand, we require the buyer to pay our organisation fees.

With us the seller side is closed.

Commission will be secured under MFPA.

Seller side and buyer side share commissions equally.
