The company was founded 1991 by Mr. Bo Engström.
During it first years of existance the company concentrated on the German Real Estate market.

Following the Real Estate crash on the Swedish market 1993. The company was reorganized into various activities such as consulting on the Polish market.

Following the revival of the Swedish Real Estate market and the influx of foreign investors into the market the company reassumed is activities on the Swedish market, specializing on Real Estate Project Development and advising on related subjects, including buyers representations.
